College is a bunch of fails lined up in a row.

Tell me how this could have happened? Well, I failed long test one. Booo for me. Wwait, let me organize my thoughts:

The Fail List
[x] Long Test 1
[x] CADs

Any other fails I could avail of? Haha. Lol.

Love college. Tinatamad ako mag-post. Whatever.

Unlimited.

An incomplete essay on the limits set by time. Vague, maybe.

A Moment to Spare

EVERYTHING IN THIS WORLD WILL FADE AWAY, AND NOTHING WILL STAY EXISTENT. At least that's what I believe.

Everything will expire. Flowers will bend down in time. Fruits will rot in a certain amount of time. Come to think about it, even the greatest things in the world will experience death. The sun, the life of our solar system, will experience death in a few million years. No matter how much we fight for our life, there will come a time when we will take our last breath, and simultaneously, sight will fade from our eyes.

The common factor that deteriorates every existent thing in the universe is time. It is time that passes by, changing our colorful youth into stressful adulthood. Time is a chain to where we are bound, and slowly, day by day, it drains the life out of us. Mortality, it is such a terrible curse bestowed upon us human beings. It can never be explained by word, by art or by verse. All we know is that our life will come to an end, which we can only wish to postpone.

Everything here has a beginning and an end. There will be a destination for each thing that you will send. In short, there's no escaping death. We can only watch as the years pass by, and we can only wait until we would go on next in Death's checklist.

Knowing the limits of our existence in this world, all we can do is make the most of the time we have in existence. We should set footprints in the desert of time, and make our existence's significance surpass the test of time. We should branch out the limits, and adjust ourselves to an unlimited-thinking mindset. Time may have it's own limits for us, but our capabilities as human beings are of no limit.

Make use of your time wisely and make every moment count, for time waits for no man.

I dared to comment. =D You're really good at writing. I just read that through and it was pretty cool. You're right, everything comes to an end eventually. I'm Sarah by the way. I'm 15 years old and come from England. :)

A Golden Summer Smile

"2008 Best Resort in Laguna" Winner = 88 Resort and Spa

So yeah, we came in at around 2AM Thursday morning.

FYI, this is only one of the 8 pools in the resort.
And this is a 2'0" to 5'6"ft deep KIDDIE POOL.

88 is a resort by Koreans for Koreans. We ain't Korean, but hey, we enjoy their company. Haha. They spoke in that incomprehensible language that we couldn't understand. Kuya and I laughed our asses off after we heard a kid say "Ahn tee tee koh" twice. :)) Koreans are love. And hey, we love that Korean pose with the peace sign and everything! :P

There were 8 pools in the resort, and 3 of them are hot. And when I say hot, I mean you can cook an egg in 'em. I tried to dip my toe in the CHI AND ENERGY SPA POOL. I lasted around.. 0.1 seconds?

There are rocking wooden horses everywhere! I love 'em, 'cause I wanted to have on when I was a child. I still am a child, actually. And I still want one. HAHA.

Aside from rocking wooden horses, there are SEX STATUES. And when I say sex statues, I mean it. It makes The Oblation look like a heap of rocks. Haha. Kidding.

Here are some of the 15+ sex statues in the resort.
Here's sex education for your children, you Koreans.
About to make out in the bushes.. excellent venue? :))

It doesn't matter where you are.. even in the parking lot!

I know what you're thinking.. your poor innocent eyes? Haha. Oh well, that's Korean lifestyle for you. One thing I love about Korea.. Beef Stew! Haha.

We enjoyed our stay in 88. I even took jumpshots of myself and stuff, but I'm too shy to lay em out here where all of you can see them. :)) Wait, only 11 people have access to this site. Well, hey people. :))

I wanna go outing with friends, pero parang ang labo mangyari. No parent would allow their child to go outing with friends of the opposite sex these days. It's kinda weird. The generation thing. The generation gap. The paradigm shift!

Oh well, first day for Ateneo classes = coming in a few months! :P

Hello college life!

By the way, our anniv on 22. :-* Love it. :D

I'M A WONDER. Take that! *karate chops* Haha.

Take these. Free goofballs.,

So lately, I've been doing nothing. I mean, c'mon, it's summer. I have no job. I can't play sports. I can't go out, 'cause I don't have a job to pay for any of the summer activities I waaant.

But wait, I'm on a summer dance workshop. Haha. So.. yeah, I enrolled moiself (mwaself) to ACTS Revflex about a week ago. Classmates include Anne Solomon, Emerald Ridon, Jeshen Saliente, Rb Galguerra, and siyempre... Andidieee. :)) Yay, us! :))

Aside from dance classes, I have accomplished a great feat: CONFIRMATION OF A SLOT FOR COLLEGE. And I chose Ateneo. Sorry Raymund, I just can't say no to M.E.! I had my I.D. picture taken already, and I saw a list of my classmates! :)) So I saw a bunch of names including:

Michael Eric Avendano
Miguel Roberto M. Cruz (S#091024)

Raf Renz Flores

And guess what.. May nakita akong halos kasunod ko lang sa S#.

Pamela Grace Cruz (S#091026)

Haha. Alam ko Theresian siya eh, or baka kapangalan lang. Basta basta. :))

So there, I'm so happy. FINALLY, I've found great comfort after the pressure feelings of choosing colleges departed. Now, all I have to do is REGISTER in that stupid AISIS website which btw does not work. Stupid online stuff.

What else, what else..?

Oh yeah, earlier today, I ate Ben&Jerry's. Yum. Strawberry cheesecake. :))

K FUNNY E NOH? :))

So yeah, there. That councludes the first week of my summer story. Labo. Whateeeev.

Andie is in Baguio. She'll be enjoying herself there for a week. Yay me, loner sa Manila. Hahay. Pero okay lang, pagbalik niya, may pasalubong akong PAWERHAAAAAAGG!! :D:D:">:">

Things of the past week/s.

There's always a first time for everything. So let me tell you about my first S&R experience. :))

Okay. Mom applied for membership nung umaga, then we went there at night. I was texting BB, then she was raving about this ice cream na favorite niya. So I looked around, thinking there was a stall for it or something. :)) Yun pala, sa grocery. Sa frozen goods. HAHA.

Pero dun muna ako sa foodstuff. I ate a 100% Meat Hotdog that tasted oh so good. With the cheapest bottomless iced tea I have ever encountered (P35.00). After eating, I went in to join my family while they were browsing the store. I ran to the frozen goods section, lo and behold, Ben & Jerry's. Haha. I bought a pint, the Strawberry flavored one. Wheee, joy. :))

First bite, I knew it was the one. Haha. Parang inlab lang e noh? :))

Then I saw interesting stuff. Like:

DILL WHOLES. And it sounds funny. Dill whole. :))

There's a pic for ya. Haha. Pero malabo.

So there. I also saw weird hammocks. I saw a jungle gym hanging from the side of a large shelf. Haha. I saw damaged deodorants (about fifty of them with broken lids). I saw large Skittles. I saw adult diapers in XXXL. Wtf!? Haha.

So there. I had a great time, and can't wait 'til next time. :))

----------------

Next in line, my school stuff. We all know that English4 in LSQC is waaaay too hard (and we thank Ms. Eljay for that- LOL). I actually STUDIED for English4, which is an unusual thing. I'd study ONLY for these two reasons. First, if I need the grade badly. Second, if your subject is too hard.

Since my grades are low, and the subject is hard.. Congratulations English4, you ruled my study ethics. Haha.

So, there. I saved all my bonus points from second term, and used them all up for this term. And still, not enough to bring me an exemption for the exams. 0.3 shy of an exemption, to be precise. Poor me.

I took a large step in Mathematics. My final grade for the card is 97. Wohooo. I knew it. I'M A GEEKY NERD. NERDY GEEK. Whichever. Haha.

Still waiting for the Physics results though. I'm praying for an exemption, so that I can be proud of myself for sweeping through Physics4 with all-exemptions.

I failed to reach the exempt for Eco. And OBVIOUSLY, Filipino4. I suck in Pinoy. Swear. I don't feel like I'm a Noypi. Haha.

Oops, too long of an entry. Haha.

An Irritating Series of Random Encounters. Just like Final Fantasy.

College? Still undecided.

Last Tuesday, I got the envelope from LaSalle, and it had this ID strap in it with a card hanging onto it. The card says: "Congratulations for being among the top applicants for LaSalle". Something like that. Inside, there's also this credit card thingy for the passers. Then there's a big book. And I didn't want to tell my classmates about this, but mine had a booklet in it. And nobody else got one. Haha. I felt special for a moment.

Last, last week, I got the AdMU envelope. And inside is one of the worst letters I have ever received in my entire life. Almost made it to DL. Haha. Poor kiddo is Migoy.

UP doesn't give these kinds of extravagant envelopes, kasi the government doesn't support UP financially. Down with the system. Haha.

Last Friday, I went to STC for the bandfest. Well, actually, I went there for Andie (and I kinda felt insecure for some moments there), for Chicosci, for Join the Club, and of course, for Dancestream. :) I had a good time, opposed by what my classmates were feeling at that very moment. Patch was depressed after the "SS INCIDENT". Chav was emo-ey for no reason. Rb was excited for Dancestream. TJ was depressed seeing Kawt with her boy. All that stuff. Sheeesh.

Oh, I almost forgot, BB was emcee-ing. Haha. And it was funny, 'cause there were jokes while bands were preparing. I remember the "Wave Joke". It was corny and stuff, but helluva entertaining. ;)

Chicosci sang Hot n Cold and I Kissed a Girl. Real cool. Haha. :))

There's this band whose name I do not know. But they were cooliest on stage. The stomp matched the strumming. And there were dances while playing songs. Haha. Real performance. Entertaining.

ADMU, DLSU or UP.?
So little time to think about everything.

Btw, hello to my new readers. :)

Just to be clear, NO COMMENTING. Thank you. :)
